Okay, so now I have officially seen two episodes of Studio 60 and I feel comfortable saying that... I like it. I don't LOVE it, but I like it. The pilot didn't bowl me over, but as I'd hoped I warmed up to it a little more in the second episode. There was an energy and a growing ensemble chemistry evident tonight that I think bodes well for the show. I may never love it as much as my beloved Sports Night or West Wing, but I think I'm going to at least enjoy it.

And somehow I find it completely adorable how predictable Aaron is with his little obsessions. As soon as Matthew Perry said the word "model" I knew immediately he was going to the Gilbert and Sullivan place.

But dude, Aaron, stop using your shows to harsh on internet fans. It was a few obnoxious people, it was years ago, and you should have known better than to step into that cesspool in the first place. Get over it. And stop painting the rest of us with the same brush.

What I don't get is why NBC contracted with TWoP to possibly use their MB in a shot in the show tonight (I'm guessing it was cut for the blog bit). And not that particularly, but why Glark and TWoP would let them use their 'brand' when it's obvious that Sorkin's not gonna let his LemonLyman experience go.

And I'm a bit tired of being referred to as a crazy cat lady with no life. I have no cats at all.

The show almost lost me, I was ready to get up and walk away cause it was being pretty self-indulgent and the bad kind of Sorkinesque, but then when they got the idea for the cold open I had to stick around and watch the rest. And now it's kind of got me.
