Does anyone have any good recommendations for yoga DVDs? I've been doing yoga at home to try and relieve stress and help with this neck pain I've been having and am in the market for a new DVD. I've been using Mr. Sus' Yoga for Inflexible People by Bodywisdom, but since I'm not really inflexible it's kind of annoying. They spend all this time telling you how to use props to get into these poses that I can do perfectly easily without chairs and blankets and pillows, thank you very much.
